Just wanted to say thank you for an excellent job, your quote was true and didn't change upon completion, for a new boiler (oil) in a different location, new radiator and new thermostatic radiator valves.

It was quite refreshing that you had respect for my home and tidied up every day.

In addition your boiler recommendation has fulfilled my every expectation.

I never realised that my home with 11 radiators could actually be warm, so good riddance to my old boiler of 1976.

A friend of mine advised me to use Bellegrove Plumbing and Heating to solve a problem with my oil based heating systems radiators, there was no heat at all coming from them on one of the coldest weeks on record during this current winter. I had been using a regular chap for some years who seemed to just want to talk the whole time he was here rather than concentrate on the job in hand. Mr Andy Devine arrived on the designated morning promptly at 9 am and politely introduced himself and asked to be shown the boiler to get straight on with the job. I made him some tea and by the time I delivered it he had the boiler pretty much apart and was well on his way to finding the source of the problem. Within ten minutes Mr Devine found a valve that was not working and began fitting a new one. This was the cause of my problem and I felt heartened that this man was in control and new what he was doing. He also drained and flushed out all the radiators and once all was done in but a few hours I immediately felt a difference to the house. He was polite and filled me with such confidence all the while he was working here.

I would thoroughly recommend this man to all and have passed his number on to all my friends and family.

When I suffered a burst pipe recently, I called Andy at Bellegrove. ?I couldn't have been more delighted with his service. ?He arrived within an hour of my initial call, dealt with the problem calmly and efficiently and was full of advice. ?I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and will definitely recommend him to friends. Using a plumber for the first time in an emergency situation was always going to be a stressful and worrying situation. Upon calling bellgrove plumbing and heating with no idea of what to expect I was firstly pleased that the plumber arrived in 25-30 minutes on a emergency callout just as the plumber said he would when I made the emergency call. To wake in the morning and find a burst pipe in the kitchen was quite a scare and getting a plumber to be honest about exactly how long they were going to be was important an reassuring. bellgrove quickly isolated the problem and fixed the burst water pipe. What impressed me most of all which may sound a little odd unless you've been in this situation is that the plumber also brought in a hoover that sucked away a large quantity of the water which I had not considered and was ready to have to deal with afterwards on my own. I would not hesitate to recommend bellgrove plumbing and heating for both an emergency situation or planned job.
